About the National Sales Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire a team of sales team under to ensure that all activities and territory plans are executed and implemented.
Develop and supervise the sales/key account team to meet business objectives
Plan training and development activities for the sales team
Provide monthly sales forecast and meet the sales budget for the assigned product portfolio and sales territory
Channel management planning and execution on sales activities
Set the team coverage KPIs and monitor call performance
To succeed in this National Sales Manager role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Impressive leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Science and experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong account management, negotiation and relationship building skills
Prior experiences in key account management is a plus
Strong knowledge of sales management and marketing
