About the Key Account Manager (Medical Communication) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the achievement of territorial sales to ensure that the sales and earnings are maintained and increased, consistent with or better than the company's objectives through proper execution of the sales and marketing plan, and effective control of assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting planned sales goals
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• Promoting the organisation and products
• Understanding ideal customers and how they relate to products

To succeed in this Key Account Manager role, you will need to have competent selling techniques on business/product promotions to customers and possess a creative, inquisitive and analytical mind.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years’ sales and/or marketing experience in the healthcare industry
• Preferably with a bachelor's degree in science, business or equivalent
• Sales-oriented with a proven sales track record
• Digitally savvy; sales/marketing experience in digital media is preferred but not essential
• Leadership capabilities, people/team management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and results-oriented
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
