An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and knowledgeable Medical Scientific Liaison in the field of Oncology. This role is based in Petaling Jaya, offering the chance to support the medical affairs strategy for an oncology portfolio, delivering integrated brand plan objectives in line with business priorities. The successful candidate will be involved in driving scientific engagements and serving as a point of contact for external experts.
What you'll do:
As a Medical Scientific Liaison (Oncology), your role will be pivotal in driving scientific engagements and pre-launch activities for the oncology portfolio. You will have the opportunity to deliver presentations to physicians, particularly focusing on Tier 1 and 2 thought leaders. Your ability to gather medical and scientific field intelligence will be crucial in this role. You will also provide support to internal teams such as sales and marketing, helping them develop their scientific expertise. Reviewing promotional materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations will also fall under your remit. Additionally, you will be responsible for Medical Information supporting responses to unsolicited requests for information.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Medical Scientific Liaison (Oncology) position will bring a wealth of knowledge from their Pharmacist/PhD/MD qualifications. With 2-5 years of MSL/Medical affairs experience, including 1-2 years in the oncology therapeutic area, you are well-equipped to make a significant impact in this role. Your proactive and “can-do” attitude will enable you to thrive in our dynamic environment. Your ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks in a timely manner, and work independently will be essential. A willingness to travel nationwide is also required.
