What you'll do:

As Product Manager Medical Device, you will play a central role in shaping the strategy for portfolios. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing robust marketing plans that resonate with both global standards and local market dynamics. You will lead educational initiatives such as training programmes and workshops designed to build clinical competency among physicians, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge on device usage. Monitoring product utilisation will be key to refining strategies for greater portfolio penetration. Engaging KOLs will allow you to foster knowledge sharing within the medical community, further establishing your influence in advancing procedural outcomes. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, adaptability in responding to market feedback, and a passion for elevating patient care through innovative medical technologies.

  • Drive competency development by organising training programmes, enhancing clinical expertise among healthcare professionals.
  • Create compelling messaging and toolkits that highlight brand algorithms and clinical benefits, supporting therapy adoption across the portfolio.
  • Support sales teams by providing education on device selection and complication mitigation, fostering collaborative relationships with commercial partners.
  • Organise procedural workshops and physician education events to share best practices and promote portfolio pull-through.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders and commercial teams to design bundled solutions and implement value-selling strategies tailored to customer requirements.
  • Monitor utilisation rates and attach rates for key products, adjusting marketing plans proactively to improve portfolio penetration.
  • Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) for case series development and facilitate sharing of best-practice insights within the medical community.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and continuous improvement based on feedback.
