This is an exceptional opportunity for you to combine your clinical expertise with your passion for education, making a tangible impact on patient outcomes by supporting lifesaving technologies.

What you'll do:

As a Clinical Marketing Specialist, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your day-to-day activities revolve around bridging the gap between cutting-edge medical technology and frontline healthcare delivery. Your role will involve collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to coordinate impactful clinical marketing initiatives that resonate with hospital and EMS professionals. You will leverage your deep understanding of acute care practices to develop compelling educational content, facilitate hands-on training sessions, and provide expert guidance during product demonstrations. By maintaining strong relationships with customers and staying abreast of industry developments through ongoing education, you will ensure that every interaction supports improved patient outcomes. Your ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities while managing multiple projects will be essential as you contribute to successful product launches, support sales efforts, and champion best practices in resuscitation science throughout the region.

  • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive clinical marketing programmes tailored for both Hospital and EMS segments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and customer needs.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical and technical expert across the full product portfolio, providing guidance and support to sales teams as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Act as an authority in resuscitation science by staying current with international guidelines, best practices, and applied research relevant to acute care settings.
  • Support sales activities by facilitating in-services, educational initiatives, product demonstrations, and follow-up engagements with customers to ensure optimal product utilisation.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of innovative clinical marketing initiatives designed to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
  • Create bespoke clinical and marketing content that addresses the unique requirements of hospital and EMS clients, ensuring clarity and relevance in all communications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical advancements through active participation in conferences, workshops, and continuous review of professional literature.
  • Partner closely with hospital and EMS customers to optimise workflows related to resuscitation and acute care using advanced medical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to implement tactical marketing plans that drive awareness and adoption of products within target markets.
  • Support new product launches by preparing high-quality clinical materials, developing effective sales tools, delivering targeted training programmes, and participating in regional congresses or customer events.

What you bring:

The ideal Clinical Marketing Specialist brings a wealth of proven experience from fast-paced acute care environments where compassion meets technical excellence. Your background includes direct involvement in critical or emergency care settings enabling you to understand the challenges faced by clinicians on the front lines. You possess not only strong academic qualifications but also an innate ability to communicate complex ideas clearly when educating peers or supporting commercial teams. Your previous roles may have included elements of product support or involvement in launching new technologies within healthcare settings. A willingness to travel ensures you remain connected with customers across regions while continuously expanding your own knowledge base through professional development opportunities. Above all else, your commitment to improving patient outcomes shines through every aspect of your work making you an invaluable asset both internally among colleagues and externally among clients.

  • Medical Degree (MD, MBBS or equivalent) demonstrating robust academic credentials in medicine or healthcare sciences.
  • Minimum of three to five years’ experience working within critical care, emergency care or acute care clinical environments where rapid decision-making is essential.
  • Comprehensive foundation in resuscitation science coupled with practical experience applying international guidelines within real-world settings.
