As an Associate Account Director based in Petaling Jaya, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of key health brand accounts. You will oversee the delivery of integrated communication campaigns that span medical publications, digital solutions, events, webinars, advocacy boards, and accredited learning modules. By collaborating with expert teams across editorial, design, digital marketing, event planning, and project delivery functions, you will ensure every project meets rigorous standards of quality and timeliness. Your ability to manage complexity with clarity will be essential as you coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining optimal client satisfaction scores. In addition to hands-on project management duties, you will contribute strategically to new business pitches and post-campaign analysis—helping drive both commercial success and continuous improvement. - Act as the primary client lead for assigned accounts, taking full responsibility for client satisfaction, long-term partnership growth, and account profitability through attentive relationship management.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients by building strong and trusted relationships, understanding their goals and challenges, and implementing integrated communication solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Deliver complex projects spanning medical publications such as manuscripts and abstracts, medical content delivery initiatives, advocacy boards, events (both physical and hybrid), webinars, digital solutions, and CME-accredited learning modules.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including editorial, design, digital, events, and delivery specialists to ensure best-in-class execution of all client projects.
- Manage project progress using an internal project management system while providing ongoing quality assurance support to maintain high standards across all deliverables.
- Coordinate seamless execution of projects by ensuring timely delivery aligned with client expectations and proactively addressing any issues that arise during implementation.
- Work alongside the business development team to gather client intelligence and proactively build continued solutions that enhance brand engagement.
- Support new business pitches by contributing strategic thinking and insights that help secure additional opportunities for the agency.
- Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports complete with actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement for clients.

- Proven line management experience demonstrating your ability to mentor direct reports effectively while serving as a positive role model within multicultural teams.
- University graduate or management graduate with strong academic credentials relevant to healthcare communications or marketing disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within multicultural teams where inclusivity is valued and diverse perspectives are embraced.
