- Lead and implement cross-functional marketing initiatives designed to drive lead generation, revenue growth, and profitability objectives across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Transform customer insights, product features, and benefits into compelling marketing campaigns by mapping the buyer’s journey and identifying key target audiences.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from launch through maturity, collaborating closely with regulatory, supply chain, finance, and other supporting functions.
- Plan, coordinate, and represent the organisation at major local events such as trade shows, conferences, user group meetings, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop deep product knowledge to become a subject matter expert on clinical diagnostic products, competitors, and relevant scientific topics.
- Work collaboratively with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategies and effective communication across teams.
- Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences to support decision-making processes.
- Organise successful product launches by coordinating with various departments and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Support business planning activities by providing market insights and contributing to strategic discussions aimed at expanding market presence.
- Travel within the territory as required (approximately 30%), maintaining flexibility to attend key events or meetings as needed.

- Hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant scientific discipline which provides a strong foundation for understanding complex clinical diagnostic products.
- Possess at least five years of experience in product management or marketing within point-of-care or in vitro diagnostics environments.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of laboratory operations, point-of-care practices, blood gas analysers, and local regulatory requirements relevant to clinical diagnostics.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal to facilitate regular interaction with regional and global stakeholders as well as preparation of professional documentation.
- Showcase proven experience managing full product lifecycles including successful launches, conference organisation, and ongoing support activities.
- Display proficiency in developing marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer journeys while identifying key target audiences for maximum impact.
- Be comfortable travelling up to 30% of the time within assigned territories for business purposes including event attendance or stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain a valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record as required for travel responsibilities associated with this position.
- Demonstrate physical capability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 12kg (27lbs) when necessary during event setups or demonstrations.
