Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Petaling Jaya. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the pharmaceutical industry, designing end-to-end customer journeys and executing impactful digital marketing activities. This position provides a chance to collaborate with brand teams and contribute to strategic priorities.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's digital presence within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with brand teams to develop an in-depth understanding of target customer segments, driving personalisation, efficiency, and impact of marketing activities. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and executing structured and personalised customer journeys across innovative digital channels. Furthermore, you will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and analysing campaign execution, ensuring 'closed loop marketing' by assessing campaign metrics and adjusting future campaigns for optimal impact.

  • Develop an understanding of brand strategy and identify how Digital Marketing can support these priorities.
  • Work closely with brand teams to understand target customer segments and identify behaviours for campaigns.
  • Design and execute structured and personalised customer journeys across various digital channels.
  • Track, monitor, and analyse campaign execution, ensuring 'closed loop marketing'.
  • Take learnings forward from campaign metrics and adjust future campaigns to optimise impact.
  • Maintain clear understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Executive role brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Digital Marketing, you have spent 1-2 years honing your skills within the pharmaceutical industry. Your understanding of IQVIA OCE Marketing / Salesforce will be highly beneficial in this role. Your experience in content strategy and digital campaign execution sets you apart from others. Above all, your clear understanding of pharmaceutical regulations ensures that all activities are compliant and effective.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business / Computer Science / Digital Marketing.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in marketing / digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of IQVIA OCE Marketing / Salesforce is desirable.
  • Experience in content strategy and digital campaign execution.
  • Clear understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
