Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communication Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be developing marketing strategies, leading the execution of marketing initiatives, and strengthening brand awareness. The successful candidate will also play a key role in driving patient admissions, leading employee engagement initiatives, and CSR activities.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing and Communication Manager, you will manage a team to develop robust marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and drive patient admissions. You will lead the execution of these strategies across various platforms including social media and the corporate website. Your role will also involve collaborating with different departments to uncover insights that inform innovative marketing and branding strategies. Additionally, you will organise external events, lead employee engagement initiatives, and CSR activities. Your ability to engage with key stakeholders will be crucial in achieving long-term objectives.

  • Lead the development of all marketing plans
  • Ensure the implementation of effective marketing strategies
  • Manage social media strategy and corporate website updates
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities results and effectiveness
  • Develop corporate brand identity in consultation with the leadership team
  • Collaborate with various departments to create innovative marketing and branding strategies
  • Organise and implement marketing campaigns and events
  • Conduct annual patient satisfaction survey
  • Engage with sponsors/funders on new panelship
  • Define and execute a plan to engage with key government, industry, and community stakeholders

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing and Communication Manager position brings a wealth of experience in both traditional and digital marketing. With at least 5-7 years of experience in the field, you have honed your skills in developing, planning, and managing successful marketing programs. Your strong communication skills enable you to interact effectively with senior executives both within the organisation and externally. As a leader, you have demonstrated your ability to guide teams towards achieving their goals. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required for this role.

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience
  • 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory role
  • Familiarity with various aspects of traditional and digital marketing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives both internally and externally
  • Proven track record in developing, planning, and managing marketing program
