Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a background in healthcare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets, identify new business and growth opportunities, and manage key accounts. You will be instrumental in building and strengthening relationships with partners and stakeholders, both internal and external.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager in the healthcare sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. Your primary focus will be on managing key accounts to increase market share across various partners. You will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets, conceptualizing and executing monthly promotion plans, as well as building strong business partnerships. Additionally, you will develop strategic plans for the hospital, customize retention programs for partners, coordinate execution of agreements, recruit and manage employees, and update policies as needed.

  • Manage key accounts to increase market share across corporate companies, insurance companies, Third Party Administrators (TPA) and General Practitioners (GP)
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets and accurately forecasting targets for multiple hospital services
  • Conceptualize and execute monthly promotion plans, monitor monthly/yearly cumulative sales and revenue performance, review the market and category performance
  • Build relationships with clients to create strong business partnerships
  • Develop a plan which includes account profile, account analysis, strategy and action plan for the hospital
  • Customize retention program for partners and identify areas of improvements
  • Coordinate execution of agreements, develop and maintain marketing and business development presentations, materials demonstrations and follow-up documentations
  • Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting employees
  • Update/formulate policies and procedures to meet present work requirements pertaining to the department

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the healthcare industry. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent qualification under your belt, you have spent at least seven years honing your project management skills within the healthcare industry. Your analytical prowess is matched by your problem-solving abilities. You are fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, have excellent communication skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Bachelor in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent with at least 7 years of working experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceutical and insurance company
  • Project management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
