What you'll do:
As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating product sales strategies by designing, planning, and implementing appropriate marketing plans for respective products. You will be responsible for supporting and driving market-driven brand planning in identified regions to achieve budgeted sales. Your role will also involve developing and executing marketing programs/promotional initiatives within budgeted parameters. You will gather market intelligence through close monitoring & analysis of brand health and competitive landscape.
- Support and drive market-driven brand planning in identified regions to achieve budgeted sales of power brands.
- Develop and execute marketing programs/promotional initiatives within budgeted parameters.
- Develop market survey templates, launch strategies through competitive segmentation, positioning, as well as targeted building brand initiatives.
- Enable and support Sales teams by developing & driving execution of promotional material.
- Gather market intelligence through close monitoring & analysis of brand health and competitive landscape.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and proactively respond to any expectations.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Brand Manager position brings a wealth of Sales and Marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically within Marketing. A post-graduate qualification in General or Pharmaceutical Management is preferred, along with a degree in any Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences. You have proven experience in developing & executing marketing programs/promotional initiatives, as well as gathering market intelligence through close monitoring & analysis of brand health and competitive landscape.
- 5-7 years of Sales and Marketing experience
- 3+ years of Marketing experience
- Post-graduate in General or Pharmaceutical Management
- Graduate in any Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience in developing & executing marketing programs/promotional initiatives
- Ability to gather market intelligence through close monitoring & analysis of brand health and competitive landscape
