An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join a leading organisation in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers the chance to lead a team in developing innovative marketing strategies, strengthening brand awareness, and driving patient admissions.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity. You will be responsible for leading the development of all marketing plans, ensuring their effective implementation. Your role will involve managing our social media strategy, updating our corporate website, monitoring marketing activities' results, and collaborating with various departments to create innovative marketing strategies. You will also organise marketing campaigns and events, conduct market analysis, engage with sponsors/funders on new panelship, and lead internal/external communications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

* Leading the development and execution of all marketing plans.

* Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies across various platforms.

* Managing social media strategy and updating corporate website regularly.

* Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities results and effectiveness.

* Developing corporate brand identity in consultation with the leadership team.

* Collaborating with various departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing strategies.

* Organising and implementing marketing campaigns and events.

* Conducting market analysis to monitor relevant company, competitor, and industry trends.

* Engaging with sponsors/funders on new panelship.

* Leading internal and external communications/announcements materials, graphic design in partnership with colleagues across other functions.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing and Communications Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5-7 years in the field and at least 2 years in a leadership role. You will have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record in developing, planning, and managing successful marketing programs. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with senior executives both internally and externally. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is essential, while a Master Degree or MBA would be an added advantage.

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master Degree or MBA would be an added advantage.

* Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

* Familiarity with various aspects of traditional and digital marketing.

* Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives both internally and externally.

* Proven track record in developing, planning, and managing marketing programs.

* Strong marketing knowledge and data-based analytical skill.
