About the Marketing Manager (Healthcare Communication) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for introducing a medical education and knowledge services to several markets in the southeast Asia countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies to generate healthcare professionals’ actions in company education digital platforms to achieve revenue target. Digital platforms are including websites and mobile applications
• Fully understand the company's education brand, its digital platform strategy, product design, and value propositions to healthcare professionals in local countries
• Manage acquired revenue performance and marketing campaign costs, and assess them against targets
• Outline promotion plans and schedule marketing messages by collaborating with content editorial managers to conduct effective communication to audience
• Plan operational workflow and execute digital marketing campaigns with your marketing team
• Run advertisements on social media networks and work with marketing agencies to improve performance
• Collaborate with internal operations team members (designers, user support team) to develop campaign materials and support user experience
• Monitor traffic and conversions using web analytics tools (Google Analytics), SEO tools, and in-house administration tools
• Report to the Project Manager, effectively communicating your insights and plans

To succeed in this Marketing Manage (Healthcare communication) role, you will need to acquire healthcare professionals’ actions in the healthcare digital platforms and generate revenue in the organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health science, marketing, business administration, computer science or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of similar work experience, with experience in digital marking, and/or event managements, especially to generate revenue by user’s action in websites as transaction business model
• Highly goal-oriented and a logical thinker to construct how to achieve objectives
• Experience in website traffic analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and SEO analytics tools
• Knowledgeable about SEO tactics (technical, onsite, content SEO)
