About the Launch Excellence Lead Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive the business’s growth. You will lead early stages of asset strategic planning across all business unit and provide a single point of contact for pipeline strategic planning and optimisation for the Malaysia business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for pipeline planning and optimisation
• Liaise with global asset teams (clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, pricing, commercial, launch navigation) to ensure local input at critical timepoints in asset development
• Provide strategic direction and seamless franchise coordination
• Analyse MY landscape – clinical data, competitive landscape, customer needs, access and payer environment, global pricing, etc., to identify key strategic issues and decisions that impact MY launch planning
• Drive launch excellence
• Provide leadership to local brand team

To succeed in the Launch Excellence Lead job, you must have strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership, driven by a strong understanding of health systems and interdependencies.

Key Requirements:

• Base degree in science, business or equivalent. Advanced degree is a plus
• Expected to be highly experienced in marketing pharma, with 5 - 10 years’ related experience
• Strong understanding of local access, regulatory and medical environments
• Experience in product launches
• Strong stakeholder management skills
