About the Project Manager (Healthcare/Medical Communication) Role:
This role is responsible for understanding client needs and executing multi-channel medical communications solutions as well as proactively managing and delivering projects to achieve the client's objectives and expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day delivery of medical communications projects, which includes pub med, digital, events and helping to plan and monitor project activity
• Ensure that projects are delivered to brief, time and budget and all quality control procedures are followed
• Work with the editorial, design, events and admin teams to ensure delivery of projects
• Coordinate with clients on materials required to support the delivery of projects
• Manage project progress through online project management systems and provide ongoing quality assurance support for assigned projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered to brief, time and budget and all quality control procedures are followed
• Liaise with external parties when necessary for efficient project delivery
• Collate and prepare digital analytics reports when required

To succeed in this Project Manager role, you will need to have at least two years of project management within a healthcare regulated setting.

Key Requirements:

• A life science degree or a science degree combined with excellent communication skills
• Healthcare agency experience is preferable or agency experience with an aptitude for professional communications
• At least two years in a client servicing or project management role
