Save job

A leading healthcare organisation in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive – Franchise and Partnerships to play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of their franchise business model. This position offers you the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, acting as both an operational coordinator and Deputy Project Lead, where your expertise will directly influence the growth trajectory of the company’s franchise network.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Executive – Franchise and Partnerships based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be entrusted with coordinating the end-to-end implementation of a robust franchise business model. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing documentation processes for new franchises, supporting onboarding efforts, preparing operational guides, tracking project milestones, and providing insightful updates to management. You will serve as a vital link between internal teams and external partners—scheduling meetings, facilitating communications, arranging logistics for partner engagements—and act as Deputy Project Lead on major initiatives. Your ability to conduct market research will help benchmark best practices while your attention to detail ensures accurate reporting. Success in this role means proactively steering multiple workstreams towards shared goals while nurturing positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Coordinate comprehensive documentation and administrative processes required for franchise setup and onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
  • Maintain detailed records of franchise inquiries, applications, approvals, and agreements to support transparent operations and informed decision-making.
  • Support the creation of franchise manuals, standard operating procedures, and operational templates that enable consistent quality across all locations.
  • Track project milestones diligently and provide regular progress updates to management so that stakeholders remain informed throughout each phase.
  • Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks within the franchise rollout process and propose practical solutions that accelerate implementation while maintaining high standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners and prospects, delivering timely, professional communication that fosters trust and long-term relationships.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare briefing notes, and coordinate follow-ups with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support logistics for partner visits, briefings, and training sessions by organising resources and facilitating smooth interactions between all parties involved.
  • Act as Deputy Project Lead on franchise development initiatives under the guidance of the COO, driving progress through effective coordination of cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and HR.
  • Conduct market research on healthcare and service-sector franchise models; prepare business summaries and presentation materials to inform strategic decisions.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Executive – Franchise and Partnerships in this forward-thinking healthcare organisation based in Kuala Lumpur, you will bring proven experience in business coordination or partnership management—ideally gained within franchising environments such as healthcare or retail. Your background should include handling complex projects involving multiple stakeholders where attention to detail was paramount. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that facilitate clear communication across departments while building rapport with external partners. Familiarity with industry-specific challenges allows you to anticipate needs before they arise; meanwhile your proficiency in Microsoft Office tools enables you to deliver concise reports that inform strategic decisions. A willingness to travel occasionally reflects your dedication to supporting collaborative efforts beyond the office setting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business coordination, partnerships or franchise project management demonstrates your readiness for this role.
  • Experience within healthcare, retail or service-based franchising is highly valued as it provides essential industry context.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while engaging cross-functional teams highlights your organisational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels as well as external partners.
  • High attention to detail ensures accuracy in documentation, reporting and operational processes throughout each project phase.
  • Strong organisational abilities enable you to maintain trackers, databases and filing systems efficiently for optimal workflow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) supports your capacity to generate reports and presentations for management reviews.
  • Professionalism when interacting with diverse stakeholders helps foster trustful relationships built on respect and understanding.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for franchise coordination activities shows your commitment to supporting partners wherever needed.
