Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, SEA (Healthcare)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is pivotal in driving marketing and communications activities that support sales engagement, lead generation, and conversion. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, communicating the company's value proposition through various platforms, and supporting the commercial and marketing strategies for SEA H3S.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for developing and driving all marketing and communications activities that are critical in supporting sales engagement, leads generation, and conversion. Your main responsibilities will include driving all leads generation and client engagement initiatives for the SEA H3S market as well as increasing brand awareness. You will also support the commercial and craft the marketing strategies for SEA H3S to profitably grow the sales of these digital solutions in SEA.

• Develop and drive all marketing and communications activities
• Support the commercial and craft the marketing strategies for SEA H3S
• Define solutions, products, and enhancements with strong digital content for SEA market
• Support SEA sales & marketing team as a Digital Solutions Adviser
• Develop knowledge and build relationships with account management, business development, client services, marketing and peer subject matter experts
• Drive new H3S product strategy by understanding customer pain points
• Validate H3S Digital technical project feasibility in the presales phase

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Digital Marketing and Communications Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in digital marketing. You should have experience with Eloqua or a similar marketing automation system as well as Salesforce.com or a similar CRM. Graphic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are preferred along with advanced knowledge of MS Office. Experience in the deployment of product marketing to support the rollout of new products is also preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and project management skills are essential.
