About this Growth Hacker Role:
This role reports in to the Digital Banking department of a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and define improvement initiatives to create value within, or across business units and functions. Value created should be categorised as revenue uplift, cost reduction, process / speed improvement, or capability development
• As needed, will oversee the development of management committee papers and Board papers on topics deemed relevant
• Autonomously form a team to develop the paper and engage all necessary stakeholders
• Maintain an updated view on competitor strategies and performance within the industry
• Prepare presentation decks to the management and board

To succeed in this Growth Hacker role, you are required to possess experience in management consulting and has good presentation decks preparation skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' strategy consulting experience within a top strategy firm
• Bachelor's degree from a global top university/business school
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a global top university/business school is a notable advantage
• Good understanding of the financial services industry
• Process management skills, analytical skills, finance as a background would be an added advantage
• Strong problem solving, structuring and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and effective time management
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and communications skills (written and oral)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Preferably knowledgeable in strategy development/execution, structured problem solving, strategic analysis
