An exciting HR and Admin Manager job has just become available at a pharmaceuticals manufacturing and production firm located in Kulim, Kedah. This firm strives to implement new ideas and technologies to meet unmet needs to provide valued medical products.
About the HR and Admin Manager Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR and Admin Manager is responsible for strategising, managing and transforming the people of the company and its associated companies of the group to achieve a tight team working organisation to support the strong business growth, the fast-changing workplace and workforce environment, transformation to automation and digital work space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Heading the HR-Admin department
- Mapping the needs of organisation and people, current and future, as a key business partner in the company
- Strategising on directions and culture with key leaders for sustainability
- Putting in place a recruitment structure that reaches out to the right places and strata
- Structuring career path for positions and/or customised to natural talents of people
To succeed in this HR and Admin Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative, enjoy working around people from all levels and possess a good understanding of business needs. You must have passion for managing people and ability to recognise the potential of persons.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree, professional degree in human resources or a relevant field
- Minimum of five years of work experience
