About the General Manager (Modest Wear Brand) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the P&L of the brand in Malaysia by overseeing commercial decisions and strategic directions of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the total organisation in Malaysia across branding, marketing, merchandising and supply chain
• Manage, develop and execute overall short term and long term strategies
• Identify the right product mix for the market segment by collaborating closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to develop new products
• Establish performance goals for all employees to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met

To succeed in this General Manager (Modest Wear Brand) role, you must be be entrepreneurial and possess in-depth experience within the retail industry.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a notable university
• Experience in managing all functions of a retail company in the mass or luxury fashion industry
• Excellent communication and engagement skills
