A leading international electronics business is seeking a potential Customer Service Executive in Penang to provide excellent customer service orientation.
About the Customer Service Executive Role:
Reporting to Customer Experience Manager, the key responsibility is to provide a high level customer support to meet or exceed customer expectation in solution provision and turnaround time.
- Building outstanding customer relationships
- Responsible for handling and resolving customer queries/complaints pertaining to billing queries, rental extensions, invoice issues, technical issues, etc.
- Aligned with sales team to initiate extension reminders, new quotations for extension and follow ups
- Accountable for screening and maintaining the accuracy of invoices as per the purchase order
- Creating collection notes and coordinating with logistics team for any equipment delivery or pick up at the customer site, ensuring customer timeframes are met.
- Generating technical support tickets and coordinating with technical team for ensuring closure of customer tickets, in compliance with agreed SLA’s
- Candidate must possess Diploma in Business or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years working experiences in related field
- Knowledge of service offerings and product portfolio
