About the HOD Sales & Marketing (MLM/Direct Selling) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest service quality alongside several top management executives. You will also take the lead in providing direction to all strategic and planning marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product concept, marketing positioning & branding for new products are developed as plan
• Product life cycle management and work together with PDD on new product development project on product concept, pricing and packaging and to recommend action for improvement
• Monitor, manage and review on current beauty sales performance, events performance
• Plan, conceptualise, propose and implement new strategy for sales and marketing strategies of the assigned business categories
• Develop the education/training content strategy, taking into account the business ad market needs, which includes ensuring the training modules and formats are results-driven and interactive

To succeed in this HOD Sales & Marketing (MLM/Direct Selling) job, you will need to have adequate commercial experience in the MLM/direct selling industry and the ability to work effectively across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing/business management or a related discipline
• At least eight years' experience in sales and marketing/brand management in MLM/direct selling industry
• Experience in planning, managing and organising new product launches and maintenance of existing products
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive work attitude and results-oriented
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
