Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Senior Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.
What you'll do:
As a Regional Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the team along with managing distributors' sales activities. You will be instrumental in developing key performance goals, creating strategies for business growth, setting annual sales budgets, developing management reports, maintaining SOPs, monitoring sales progress, budgeting, forecasting, and managing distributors. Your strategic thinking will drive the success of both teams.
- Develop key performance goals and manage the performance of staff
- Create and implement strategies for business growth
- Develop various management reports and report to company management periodically
- Set annual sales budget and obtain management approval as well as build consensus with external stakeholders
- Develop, update, and maintain SOPs
- Monitor and evaluate sales progress on monthly basis
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting
- Fully responsible for distributor management and annual revenue assigned territory

The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager, Regional position brings a wealth of experience in management roles. You possess a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement with preference given to those with a Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. Your keen strategic thinking abilities are complemented by your understanding of budget management and financial monitoring. Your excellent leadership skills shine through your ability to set goals, motivate teams, provide training, and mentor individuals. Your exceptional interpersonal skills are evident in your written communication, public speaking abilities, active listening skills. You are adept at resolving conflicts effectively and have strong problem-solving capabilities. Your organisational skills allow you to manage your time effectively even in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s degree (optional) in business administration, engineering or another related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years in management role
- Keen strategic thinking and planning skills
- Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
- Excellent leadership skills including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including writing, speaking and active listening.
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
