What you'll do:

As the General Manager Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational success of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational policies, overseeing all department functions, managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, monitoring operational performance, managing budgeting, reporting, planning, auditing, and working closely with the board of directors.
