Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Operations and Customer Experience for their beauty retail division. What you'll do:
As the Head of Operations and Customer Experience in Beauty Retail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement operational policies that drive efficiency. You will oversee all aspects of customer service, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, you will manage relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability.
