Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager, Sales & Operations to drive their business growth in Kuala Lumpur. What you'll do:


As a General Manager, Sales & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share. You will also be responsible for setting ambitious sales targets and leading a high-performing sales team towards achieving these goals. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also oversee operations management. Your role will also involve cross-functional collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment of strategies.

What you bring:


The ideal candidate for the General Manager, Sales & Operations role brings a wealth of experience in both sales and operations management. With at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment or equivalent sector, you have proven your ability to drive results through strategic decision-making. Your strong leadership skills enable you to effectively manage teams while fostering a culture of success. You possess excellent communication skills which allow you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your analytical mindset coupled with your knowledge of industry trends enables you to make informed strategic decisions that drive business growth.


* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management or equivalent discipline
* At least 10 years of relevant working experience in sales, operations or general management within a retail environment
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial position
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
* Knowledge of industry trends, CRM software, and operational management tools
