What you'll do:
As a Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's rapidly growing business. - Oversee and carry out the end-to-end training process of the Company
- Map out training plans, schedules, and key objectives for outlet staff
- Identify and assess company-wide training needs
- Design and deliver effective training programs
- Gather feedback from trainees after each session
- Train team members to uphold best-in-class customer service standards
- Promote company values and a positive work culture through training initiatives
- Ensure all training and development plans align with company policies and operational goals
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on training plans, progress, and any operational issues impacting training
What you bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field
