Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead their team in the Food and Beverage industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide leadership, plan, organise, direct and control the activities of the Sales Operations to ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive.
What you'll do:
As an Operations Manager in the Food and Beverage industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success. You will liaise with Management to make decisions for operational activities, plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business, evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data, review sales information, coordinate business operations, oversee day-to-day management of projects, continuously review working practices, among other responsibilities. Your ability to strategize, organize, direct, control, evaluate, coordinate, oversee, review will be crucial in this role.
• Liaise with Management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics
• Review sales information and adjust sales & operational results to meet key business operations targets
• Coordinate business operations and provide direction and structure to optimise internal resources
• Oversee day-to-day management of resulting and existing projects
• Continuously review working practices and monitor external benchmarks to ascertain if it is successful
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Operations Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the Food & Beverage industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Hospitality or Business discipline
• Professional certification in Operations Management or Project Management is a definite plus
• More than 10 years’ experience in the F&B industry with at least 5 to 7 years in a managerial position
• Proven track record to quickly establish key issues and efficiently organize self and others to deliver solutions
• Experience in managing multiple brands and able to strategize unique plans for each individual brand
• Strong business acumen
