A reputable group with multiple F&B brands is recruiting for a Group Operations Manager (F&B) job. In this job, you will be based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Group Operations Manager (F&B) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for organising and overseeing the daily operations of the F&b brands under the group for the optimal performance of all sales operations functions against annual corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress and identify and report external factors that may impact the company’s business development and growth activities
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics to establish key performance indicators for operations and delivery activities and report performance to ensure set targets are met to promote profitability
• Review sales information and adjust sales and operational results to meet key business operations targets as forecasted
• Coordinate business operations and provide direction and structure to optimise internal resources for delivery of business and sales targets
• Oversee day-to-day management of resulting and existing projects and evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organisational objectives and apply improvements

To succeed in this Group Operations Manager (F&B) role, a strong background in F&B is needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five to seven years' proven experience in the F&B industry
• Experience managing multiple brands and able to strategise plans needed for each brand
• Well experienced in staff management; leading, prioritising and managing resources through other business functions in meeting the business goals
• Passionate about business excellence in a cost-effective environment with demonstrated personal drive and resilience
