What You’ll Do

As an Independent Non-Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of this innovative life sciences organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing independent oversight and ensuring robust corporate governance practices.
• Contributing to key committees such as Audit & Governance, Risk Management, or NRC (Nomination & Remuneration).
• Offering strategic insights on areas such as international trade, digital transformation, AI & cybersecurity, or marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with other board members to drive sustainable growth and innovation within the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, nutraceuticals, and cosmeceuticals sectors.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for seasoned professionals who bring a wealth of experience and unique perspectives to the table. Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong background in one or more of the following areas: finance (e.g., ex-CFO), legal (e.g., ex-Chief Legal Officer), HR (e.g., ex-CHRO), digitalization/AI/cybersecurity, marketing (e.g., ex-CEO), or international trade/export markets.
• Prior experience serving on boards of public listed companies (PLC) or similar organizations.
• A commitment to attending board meetings annually and actively participating in committee discussions.
• A background or working relationship with the Ministry of Health would be an added advantage.
