What you'll do:

As Chief Executive Officer based in Kuala Lumpur you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of a globally operating provider of fundraising solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve steering organisational transformation initiatives that span product innovation and international market expansion. You will guide commercial growth efforts by building strong relationships with key clients and institutional stakeholders while ensuring high standards of service quality across all operational areas. Success in this role requires fostering a collaborative culture rooted in shared values; you will champion cross-functional teamwork between departments such as technology, finance and marketing. By leveraging advanced analytics tools you will enable data-driven decision-making that supports both short-term objectives and long-term sustainability.   • Establish robust governance frameworks and operating models that foster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence throughout the organisation.
  • Spearhead commercial growth by overseeing client acquisition, strategic account management, pricing negotiations, and partnership strategies to secure long-term sustainability.
  • Provide executive oversight across business development, BPO operations, payment processing, call centres, data operations, and donor experience to elevate service value and analytics depth.
  • Strengthen analytics capabilities by developing forecasting models, KPI frameworks, and performance dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making across all countries.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery standards focused on accuracy, agility, efficiency, and scalability while driving cross-functional alignment between operations, technology, finance, marketing, and business development.
  • Lead full P&L ownership across all markets with discipline in budgeting, forecasting, financial governance, compliance, audit readiness, investment decisions, resource allocation and capital planning.
  • Maintain influential engagement with board members, senior leaders and partners while representing the organisation at major industry events and strategic engagements.
  • Promote an inclusive environment that strengthens internal communication and cross-market alignment among diverse global teams.

  • Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience including success as CEO or equivalent roles such as Executive Director or Managing Director overseeing multi-country portfolios.

  • Proven success driving commercial growth through business development strategies client leadership relationship-building negotiation skills and partnership management.
  • Solid experience leading organisational transformation scaling change management initiatives across complex global structures.
  • Competency in analytics data-driven decision-making performance measurement using advanced forecasting models KPI frameworks dashboards etc.
