Chief Executive Officer (Property & Hospitality)

This strategic and operational leadership role requires overseeing a broad portfolio of real estate assets including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, as well as an extensive hospitality portfolio comprising self-operated hotels and properties managed by international hotel brands. The CEO will be responsible for driving growth, maximising asset performance, and delivering long-term value creation across both sectors.

What you'll do:

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's business. You will be entrusted with developing the strategic direction for both their property development and hospitality businesses. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities for expansion while ensuring alignment with the Group’s long-term objectives. You will also be responsible for leading end-to-end property development activities while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in fostering a collaborative culture within the organisation.

• Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for both property development and hospitality businesses
• Identify and capitalise on new development opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Drive innovation in property concepts, master planning, and hospitality offerings
• Lead end-to-end property development activities
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects
• Ensure rigorous project feasibility studies, financial modelling, and risk assessments are conducted for all developments
• Take full accountability for the P&L and financial performance of both the property development and hospitality divisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, corporate governance practices, and internal policies governing property and hospitality operations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Chief Executive Officer position brings a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles within property development or hospitality management. You have a proven track record in real estate development including large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects from concept to completion. Your strong commercial acumen is demonstrated through your experience in P&L management, project financing, asset management, and value creation strategies. Your exceptional leadership skills enable you to engage effectively at Board and investor levels.

• Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in property development and/or hospitality management
• Proven track record in real estate development
• Experience as a hotel owner and operator
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, project financing, asset management, and value creation strategies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience navigating regulatory frameworks, government relations, and complex joint ventures
