What you'll do:
As Chief Digital Officer, your role will be crucial in moulding the Group's digital business strategy. You will collaborate with senior management and various teams to conceptualise new business models, transforming them into 'digital-ups'. Your expertise will be vital in nurturing these 'digital start-ups' into early-stage businesses by establishing core functions for their successful development and launch. Moreover, you will accelerate these 'digital start-ups' from early-stage businesses to scalable ventures. Your leadership will also extend to the development of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and other data-related capabilities.
- Conceptualise new business models in collaboration with Group senior management and other teams

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Chief Digital Officer position brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset. You have demonstrated experience in building new digitally-native businesses. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related field is required. Your background includes experience as a Head of Digital or in other senior managerial positions within the financial services sector, start-ups or fintechs. You are knowledgeable about public cloud solutions and their applicability towards and use within financial services. Your track record proves success in building, managing, and leading digital teams.
