What you'll do:
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be at the helm of an established international casual dining brand. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities from developing the company's vision to overseeing daily operations. You will identify new business opportunities, manage operational plans, budgets, KPIs, as well as ensure high standards of quality across all outlets. Your financial acumen will be crucial in managing the company's budget, driving profitability while maintaining cost controls. You will also provide regular financial updates to the Board of Directors.

- Drive the strategic planning process to set both short-term and long-term goals
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure competitive positioning
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the business

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this CEO position brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and corporate discipline. You have proven experience in senior managerial positions within the F&B or retail industry and a strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. Your familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, sales etc., coupled with your in-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices will be key to your success in this role. Your outstanding organisational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing food margins and labour costs will set you apart.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior managerial positions within the FMCG, F&B, Retail or other relevant industries
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, sales etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a large team across multiple locations.
- Experience in managing food margins and labour costs.
