About the Sales and Marketing Head Role: Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance the brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies:
Formulate comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
Brand Management:
Cultivate and enhance the brand image through targeted marketing campaigns, both online and offline
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
Sales Leadership:
Lead the sales team in generating leads, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing clientele
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Banquet Hall Sales:
Drive banquet hall bookings through effective sales strategies and promotional activities
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of banquet events
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website optimisation
Analyse data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
Use data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Monitor expenses and ROI to optimise marketing spend
Team Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
To succeed in this Sales and Marketing Head job, requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, particularly in the context of a restaurant with banquet facilities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of the restaurant and banquet hall business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics
