About the General Manager (Telco Startup) Role:
Your role is to ensure that all activities and operations of the company are conducted in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws that governing the business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, manage, and maintain network infrastructure and services and to ensure the smooth operation of the network, respond to issues or incidents promptly, and maintain the highest levels of service quality and availability
• Monitoring the Incident Detection and Response, during network issues or incidents occur, such as service outages, performance degradation, or security breaches, and to detecting these issues promptly, with an aim to minimise downtime and customer impact
• Monitoring network security, detecting intrusion attempts, and responding to security incidents to safeguard customer data and network integrity
• Managing and oversee the network and operational capacity planning to handle change in demand. This involves assessing current and future network requirements and making recommendations for network expansion or upgrades
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the marketing and sales departments. This includes managing sales teams, marketing campaigns, distribution channels, and customer service

To succeed in this General Manager (Telco Startup) role, you must have combined experience of more than 15 - 20 years managing a team and telco operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' related work experience
• Experience in engaging top levels of regulators, ministries, local and federal government, telco providers, and other responsible bodies related to telco industry
• Working knowledge of telco industry trends
• Well versed in all aspects of the company's operations and recognise its missions and strategic objectives
