A real estate developer is seeking a talented CEO (Facilities Management). In this job, you will join the business to lead their facilities management arm.

About the CEO (Facilities Management) Role:
In this new role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the facilities management business tailored to property real estate. You will lead the company in achieving its financial and operational goals, fostering innovation, and maintaining exceptional client relationships. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of real estate, facilities management, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and articulate the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives, aligned with industry trends and client needs
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies for business growth and market expansion
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Financial Management:

• Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability
• Implement financial strategies to optimise resource allocation, cost control, and revenue generation
• Monitor and report on financial metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive financial success

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee all aspects of facility management services for real estate properties, ensuring exceptional service quality and compliance
• Implement industry best practices, standards, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and drive improvements

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate developers, and key stakeholders
• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction through effective communication and responsive service delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Business Development:

• Identify growth opportunities within the real estate and property management sector, including emerging markets and services
• Lead the development of strategic partnerships, alliances, and client acquisition strategies
• Pursue new business contracts and manage the sales and marketing efforts of the company

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facilities management and real estate
• Mitigate risks associated with operations and develop contingency plans for potential disruptions

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business management, real estate, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable
• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the facilities management or asset management industry
• Strong knowledge of property management, real estate operations, and industry trends
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully growing businesses
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyse financial data and make strategic decisions
• Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
