About the Deputy General Manager (Multibrand Retailer) Role:
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business unit, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the company continues to grow and operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the right strategies and tactical business plan to drive the retail and e-commerce business
• Identify areas for business growth in line with the overall group strategy
• Work closely with General Manager in executing the company’s strategic direction in the business unit
• Work closely with the local management team on key decisions for policy and strategy as guided by the head office
• Plan, organise, direct, and evaluate the entity’s performance to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue, profit, and other corporate goals are established
• Coordinate functions among teams and work groups
• Enhance, implement, and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operations and effectiveness of the business unit
• Be a problem-solver to business challenges

To succeed in this Deputy General Manager (Multibrand Retailer) job, you will need to manage company goals for several departments and have practical communication skills to work with employees throughout the company.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any notable universities
• At least 15 years' working experience in sales and marketing, inclusive retail exposure, preferably with multibrand exposure
• Experienced in managing senior managers as direct reports
• Excellent in communication and engagement skills
