Your ability to navigate challenges, drive owner retention, and provide exceptional customer service will be critical to your success in this role.

What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners. You will ensure their satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing any concerns or inquiries, and providing a personalized service experience. Your ability to analyze the potential of each unit will enable you to identify opportunities for increasing or maximizing revenue. Working closely with internal teams, you will align on strategies that boost occupancy rates and profitability. You will also provide owners with detailed reports on the status of their properties, offering transparency and clarity. Your commitment to seeking feedback from owners will help you identify areas for improvement. Furthermore, your strategic approach towards owner retention will contribute significantly towards the success of this role.

  • Build and maintain strong rapport with landlords/owners, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Regularly check in with owners to address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Provide a personalized service experience, making each owner feel valued and prioritized.
  • Analyze the potential of each unit to identify opportunities for increasing or maximizing revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies that boost occupancy rates and profitability.
  • Provide owners with detailed and timely reports on the status of their properties.
  • Actively seek feedback from owners on their experience with our services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain owners.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Key Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience in account management, customer relationship management or property management. With a minimum of 5 years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record in managing key accounts within the real estate or property management sectors. Your strong understanding of the property management industry sets you apart from others. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to manage conflicts and handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service ensures owner satisfaction and retention. Your excellent organizational and time management skills allow you to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Lastly, your strong negotiation skills enable you to manage contract renewals, resolve conflicts, and optimize revenue opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer relationship management or property management.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts within the real estate or property management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the property management industry.
