Strategy Manager

What you'll do:

As a Strategy Manager, you will immerse yourself in projects that influence the future direction of the business. Your day-to-day activities will involve synthesising large volumes of data into meaningful insights, researching market dynamics, benchmarking against industry leaders, and developing recommendations that guide executive decision-making.

• Lead projects related to corporate strategy planning, formulation, and development by conducting thorough analysis, generating valuable insights, performing competitive analysis, engaging in multi-year planning, supporting business development initiatives, and evaluating strategic partnerships as well as mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research on market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks to provide comprehensive data-driven recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop robust, fact-based quantitative analyses that underpin strategy proposals while ensuring all recommendations are strategically aligned and financially sound.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional management on strategic projects by offering timely analytical support and sharing useful insights that drive organisational success.
• Oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives across a wide range of operational and strategic areas, ensuring effective implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Support the CEO Office on projects that shapes overall corporate direction.

What you bring:

Your background includes significant exposure to business strategy—either through consulting engagements or direct involvement in corporate planning—which has honed your ability to analyse trends, benchmark performance, and develop actionable recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics is required as it provides a solid foundation for understanding complex organisational challenges.
• At least six years’ relevant experience in either a strategy consulting firm or within a corporate strategy function is essential for navigating multifaceted projects effectively.
• Exceptional quantitative analytical skills are necessary for interpreting data accurately and making evidence-based recommendations that drive business value.
• A creative approach to problem-solving combined with keen commercial awareness enables you to identify innovative solutions tailored to evolving market conditions.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across different functions ensures alignment when setting new strategic directions or implementing change initiatives.
