What you'll do:

As a Training Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of critical thinking within organisations by designing and delivering transformative training programmes.   • Coach participants to apply structured problem solving, decision making, and risk management techniques in their daily work.
  • Build strong rapport and credibility with participants ranging from frontline teams to senior leaders, ensuring positive learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and finance to customise training solutions that address specific client challenges.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for government funding schemes such as HRDC, managing application and renewal processes for training course funding.
  • Assist in the development and customisation of training materials and workshop resources; manage translation needs to align with organisational standards and regional strategies.
  • Contribute to the design and update of marketing brochures and collaterals that promote the organisation’s thought leadership.
  • Support brand positioning through professional presence at events and on social media platforms.
  • Travel extensively across Southeast Asia and Greater China—up to 60% of your time—to deliver training in dynamic environments.

  • Prior experience delivering training or facilitating workshops is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage when applying for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are required along with the ability to present complex concepts in simple, engaging ways suitable for all organisational levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills are necessary including comfort engaging participants from frontline staff up to senior leaders within client organisations.
  • Fluency in any two languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese), both written and spoken is required for effective delivery across regional markets.
  • Self-motivation combined with adaptability is important given the fast-paced nature of the environments you’ll be working within.
  • Willingness to travel extensively—up to 60% regionally—is essential due to the broad geographic scope of client engagements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and finance is highly valued.
