Head of Corporate Strategy

As Head of Corporate Strategy, you will play an instrumental role in steering the organisation’s future trajectory through visionary planning, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous execution of strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Lead the Strategy Division in developing comprehensive enterprise-level strategic plans designed to create new value propositions and deliver sustainable competitive advantages for the organisation.
• Oversee the seamless execution of approved strategies by ensuring effective integration across departments and monitoring progress towards desired outcomes.
• Foster quality deliberations among senior management by enhancing decision-making processes and aligning activities with overall strategic objectives.
• Monitor economic trends, industry shifts, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights and recommendations that inform board-level decisions.

To succeed in this role, you are required to possess experience in strategic management and planning within the banking industry.

What you bring:

• At least 10-15 years’ experience in managerial positions within banking or financial services environments is required to ensure familiarity with industry complexities.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale strategic transformations within organisations of similar size or scope is essential for this position.
