What you'll do:

• Proficiency in 3D modelling and CAD software applications like SolidWorks or AutoCAD is necessary for effective performance.
• Comprehensive understanding of various packaging materials and methods including thermoforming, corrugation, foam inserts, wooden crates, and plywood is expected.
• Hands-on experience with ISTA Lab testing standards (ISTA 1A, 2A, 3A, 3E) would be highly advantageous for this role.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with creativity are vital for developing innovative solutions under minimal supervision.
• Excellent adaptability to dynamic environments along with a committed work ethic ensures success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
