As the General Manager Research & Development, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's innovation strategy. - PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in R&D or product development roles.

- Expertise in cost engineering and product performance optimization.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
