What you'll do:
As a SMT Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the flex foil SMT process in various development projects. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting time, cost, and quality requirements. You will actively seek knowledge about flex foil SMT process assembly and materials, ensuring these are fully considered during design reviews. You will also take charge of leading the flex foil circuitry package design, integrating materials and processes into development projects. Your problem-solving skills will be put to good use as you investigate issues, analyse yields, and drive the implementation of solutions. In addition, you will respond promptly to urgent production and customer problems.
* Actively seeking knowledge of flex foil SMT process assembly and material to ensure full consideration in Design Review
* Leading the flex foil circuitry package design and integration of material and process in development projects
* Conducting investigations and analyses of problems, yield and driving implementation of solutions
* Responding promptly and taking necessary actions to address urgent Production and Customer problems
* Coordinating and industrialising processes and logistics that fulfil manufacturability requirements
* Preparing line documentation for manufacturing and audits
* Understanding and optimising the product cost and roadmap
