What You’ll Do
As the QA Manager, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and play a critical role in maintaining high standards across operations. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing QA processes, laboratory functions, and product quality control to ensure top-notch performance.
• Supervising blending and refining activities to guarantee consistent product quality and traceability.
• Ensuring compliance with international QMS standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, RSPO, MSPO, and Halal certifications.
• Organizing internal and external audits while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Driving ESG initiatives and preparing sustainability reports related to QA operations.
• Implementing continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and minimize non-conformities.
• Providing technical expertise to customers regarding inquiries, samples, and new product development.
• Mentoring and empowering QA and lab teams to achieve exceptional results.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this QA Manager position will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in QA/QC within the edible oil, fats, or food manufacturing sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of oil refining processes, blending techniques, and food safety management systems.
• Proven expertise in ISO 9001, ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP standards as well as RSPO/MSPO certifications and ESG compliance practices.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of coaching and motivating teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
