What you'll do:
As a Senior QMS Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS processes. You will ensure compliance with standards while also contributing to the planning and review of QMS. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with global internal customers as well as external customers. You will champion the Quality Improvement Program, identifying areas of opportunity for continual improvement. Your technical leadership will be crucial in providing support to internal functions on the application, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems.
- Manage the Quality Management System and its processes
- Ensure compliance with standards and contribute to planning and review of QMS
- Communicate with global internal customers and external customers
- Promote awareness of QMS direction and status through global updates
- Champion Quality Improvement Program and identify areas of opportunity for continual improvement
- Provide technical leadership and support, maintaining knowledge of QMS standards, methods, and tools
- Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
- Manage and develop the team, establishing goals and conducting performance appraisals
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior QMS Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from the semiconductor industry along with strong managerial skills. With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, you are knowledgeable in IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements. Your familiarity with AIAG 5 core tools, particularly SPC, is highly desirable. Your proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams will enable you to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans. Your excellent organisational skills coupled with outstanding interpersonal abilities make you an effective leader.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements
- At least 10 years experience in semiconductor industry and in managerial role.
- Familiarity with AIAG 5 core tools; especially in SPC - preferable to be experienced in statistical control
- Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
