What you'll do:

• Ensure active participation from cross-functional teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control every stage of projects or subprojects so that deliverables are met reliably within budget and schedule constraints.
• Manage customer relationships by acting as the primary escalation point for all product programmes, projects, and operational performance matters.
• Communicate effectively with customers to develop products that meet or surpass both client and organisational needs while ensuring expectations are clearly defined and shared across relevant departments.
• Assist in monitoring resources required for manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical instruments to guarantee smooth project progression.
• Provide leadership and support aligned with established project management processes, policies, and procedures to guide teams towards successful outcomes.
• Serve as the main conduit for internal and external communications related to assigned accounts or projects, ensuring priorities are understood by sales, marketing, customers, and operations.
• Collaborate with project personnel to resolve challenges promptly while providing input into sales and operations planning processes for future readiness.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports and coordinate meetings for management or clients to keep all stakeholders informed on progress.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives by implementing plans that meet both internal targets and customer requirements while actively managing actions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Strong business acumen supported by an understanding of financial statements as well as key operational indicators relevant to successful business models.
• Competence in contract negotiation along with experience developing service level agreements tailored to specific client requirements.
