As the Operations/Project Manager, you will take charge of workshop operations, ensuring seamless execution of production targets while maintaining top-notch standards in quality, safety, and cost management. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the rotating equipment industry. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with senior management to align workshop operations with business goals, focusing on safety, quality, and process optimization.
• Set clear objectives and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
• Champion health and safety practices by conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor costs closely to enhance efficiency and profitability while achieving project-level gross margins.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and root cause analyses to address quality concerns and ensure adherence to engineering standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee HR-related activities for your team, including performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and professional development initiatives.
• Support the Business Manager with additional tasks as needed while upholding the company’s values and work ethics.

• Certification in IOSH Health & Safety for Managers (or equivalent).
