What you'll do:
As a Project Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects within a developer environment. Your exceptional problem-solving skills will be vital in verifying the quality of work done by contractors and ensuring all defects are rectified. You will be accountable for the seamless planning, organising and execution of the overall project from design inception to completion. Your commendable interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively liaise with local authorities, consultants and contractors in planning and securing relevant approvals for development projects.
- Take responsibility for the seamless planning, organising and execution of the overall project from design inception to completion.
- Establish key KPIs to be monitored by project team within projects and ensure proper close out of all projects and prioritisation for strategic projects.
- Offer technical guidance and supervisory direction to the team in an assigned region, from design inception to completion.
- Coordinate and liaison with local authorities, consultants and contractors in planning and securing relevant approvals for development projects, building inspection and any other pertinent matters.
- Manage site, coordinate work and monitor progress to guarantee smooth implementation of projects within specific time frame, budget and quality requirement.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Management Specialist role brings along demonstrated project management experience within a Property Development company. A degree in civil engineering is preferred; however, an engineering degree in electrical or mechanical is also acceptable. With at least 5 years of project management experience under your belt, you possess a high level of integrity and demonstrate proactivity in your approach towards tasks.
